By accessing or using OnBook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use OnBook only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies, and these terms.
You are responsible for content you upload, including script and rehearsal materials. You must have rights to use any content you provide.
OnBook may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including during prelaunch and beta phases.
For the iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store, the app license and subscription Terms of Use are provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of OnBook's website, account features, and service generally.
Technical Limitations
Certain features rely on Apple-provided speech and voice services. Availability depends on languages and locales supported by your iOS version.
Feature availability may vary by device, OS version, and locale.
To the extent permitted by law, OnBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
