To use OnBook, you need an email address for account access. Some features may ask for optional information. For example, if you use partner invite features, you may choose to provide a display name so your partner can recognize the invitation in their app.
OnBook may process rehearsal materials you upload, line audio you record or receive, purchase information, app usage information, and diagnostic data to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
We use this information to provide and improve OnBook, send product and service updates, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
If you submit rehearsal materials in the app, they are used to provide product functionality. Speech processing and script handling are designed for sensitive audition workflows.
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service operations, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business needs.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
