OnBook collects information you provide directly, such as your email address when you join the prelaunch waitlist, plus account and app usage information needed to operate the service.

We use this information to provide and improve OnBook, send product and service updates, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

If you submit rehearsal materials in the app, they are used to provide product functionality. Speech processing and script handling are designed for sensitive audition workflows.

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for service operations, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business needs.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
